It took her 49 days to reach Brașov county! The Lesser Spotted Eagle began its long journey on February the 11th, crossing the Equator in early March, the Suez Canal on March the 20th and the Bosporus one week later. As in the past three years, Arlie respected its spring migration itinerary from Namibia to Romania through: Zambia, Congo, Malawi, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, South Sudan, Eritrea, Sudan, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, and Turkey. Arlie managed in two days to travel all over Bulgaria and Southern Romania to reach its nest.
