We were looking forward to this moment when we can announce the launch of the 16th edition of the Milvus Photocontest, organized by Forona and Milvus Group. On January 20, we kicked off registration for this year’s competition.

You can enroll your work in four categories:

• Nature (Category A) – depicting wild plants or fungi, including close-ups and macros, as well as landscapes or nature details;
• Wildlife (Category B) – focusing on wild animals, taken in the wild, including portraits, close-ups or macro, as well as scenes exhibiting their natural behaviour or habitat;
• Romanian Nature (Category C) – exclusively for images with the same subjects as included in previous categories but taken in Romania; 
• Junior (Category D) – dedicated exclusively to photographers who have not turned 16. 

The deadline for submitting your work is March 20. The public can vote their favorite work in May and in that month we will also announce the winners. The award ceremony and the exhibition opening will take place on June 8.
