A tervek szerint, jelent\u0151s k\u00f6zleked\u00e9si infrastruktur\u00e1lis fejleszt\u00e9sek r\u00e9v\u00e9n ez a h\u00e1l\u00f3zat \u00f6sszesen 2416 km aut\u00f3p\u00e1ly\u00e1ra \u00e9s 1784 km gyorsforgalmi \u00fatra b\u0151v\u00fclne. Az orsz\u00e1g legjobb medve \u00e9l\u0151helyei a K\u00e1rp\u00e1tokban \u00e9s az ezeket \u00f6vez\u0151 dombvid\u00e9ken tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3k, a tervezett aut\u00f3p\u00e1ly\u00e1k k\u00f6z\u00fcl pedig t\u00f6bb is fogja keresztezni ezeket.<\/p><p>A tervezett A8-as (Marosv\u00e1s\u00e1rhely-J\u00e1szv\u00e1ros-Ungheni) aut\u00f3p\u00e1lya, amely Marosv\u00e1s\u00e1rhelyt (nyugati v\u00e9g\u00e1llom\u00e1s) k\u00f6ti majd \u00f6ssze a Rom\u00e1nia \u00e9s a Moldovai K\u00f6zt\u00e1rsas\u00e1g k\u00f6z\u00f6tti hat\u00e1rral (keleti v\u00e9g\u00e1llom\u00e1s), komoly vesz\u00e9lyt jelent a barna medv\u00e9k \u00e9l\u0151helyeinek konnektivit\u00e1s\u00e1ra. A legnyugatibb szakasza k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen fontos medve telel\u0151helyeket \u00e9s kulcsfontoss\u00e1g\u00fa \u00f6kol\u00f3giai folyos\u00f3kat fog metszeni, amelyek a telel\u0151helyeket szezon\u00e1lis t\u00e1pl\u00e1lkoz\u00e1si ter\u00fcletekkel k\u00f6tik \u00f6ssze. Ennek a konkr\u00e9t projektnek a negat\u00edv hat\u00e1sai azonban j\u00f3val t\u00falmutathatnak a helyi \u00e9s region\u00e1lis szinteken. Az A8-as aut\u00f3p\u00e1lya teljes sz\u00e9less\u00e9g\u00e9ben metszi majd a rom\u00e1niai Keleti-K\u00e1rp\u00e1tokat \u00e9s az ezeket \u00f6vez\u0151 dombvid\u00e9keket. Emellett egy ideje egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6d\u00fcnk az EPC K\u00f6rnyezeti Tan\u00e1csad\u00e1s nev\u0171 c\u00e9ggel is, amely a leend\u0151 aut\u00f3p\u00e1lya K\u00f6rnyezeti Hat\u00e1stanulm\u00e1ny\u00e1t k\u00e9sz\u00edti a medve \u00e9l\u0151helyeket metsz\u0151 szakaszok (Marosv\u00e1s\u00e1rhely-Leghin) eset\u00e9ben. Mindezek az er\u0151fesz\u00edt\u00e9sek elkezdtek megt\u00e9r\u00fclni.<br><br>A leend\u0151 A8-as aut\u00f3p\u00e1lya legnyugatibb, 25 km-es szakasz\u00e1nak (Marosv\u00e1s\u00e1rhely [Kar\u00e1csonyfalva] \u00e9s Ny\u00e1r\u00e1dszereda k\u00f6z\u00f6tt) tervez\u00e9se fontos m\u00e9rf\u00f6ldk\u0151h\u00f6z \u00e9rkezett. Az orsz\u00e1gos Helyre\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si \u00e9s Reziliencia\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9si Terv r\u00e9v\u00e9n Rom\u00e1ni\u00e1nak a k\u00f6zelm\u00faltban siker\u00fclt Eur\u00f3pai Uni\u00f3s t\u00e1mogat\u00e1st biztos\u00edtania e szakasz meg\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez. Mivel a beruh\u00e1z\u00e1snak 2026-ra meg kell val\u00f3sulnia, a dolgok jelent\u0151s lend\u00fcletet vettek. Az EPC v\u00e9gleges\u00edtette a K\u00f6rnyezeti Hat\u00e1stanulm\u00e1nyt, melynek helyi nyilv\u00e1nos vit\u00e1ira 2022 augusztus\u00e1ban ker\u00fclt sor.<\/p><p>A Marosv\u00e1s\u00e1rhely-Ny\u00e1r\u00e1dszereda szakasz saj\u00e1tos kih\u00edv\u00e1sokat hordoz mag\u00e1val: mivel itt az aut\u00f3p\u00e1lya teljesen s\u00edk terepen fog haladni, a Ny\u00e1r\u00e1d foly\u00f3 v\u00f6lgy\u00e9nek alj\u00e1n, a betervezett \u00e9p\u00edtm\u00e9nyek (hidak) sz\u00e1ma alacsony \u00e9s egym\u00e1st\u00f3l t\u00e1vol is fognak esni. Ezen t\u00falmen\u0151en, a szerkezetek m\u0171szaki jellemz\u0151i, mint p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a nyitotts\u00e1gi index\u00fck (hossz * magass\u00e1g \/ sz\u00e9less\u00e9g) sem teszi majd ezeket alkalmass\u00e1 arra, hogy medve \u00e1tkel\u0151kk\u00e9nt m\u0171k\u00f6djenek, b\u00e1r kiseml\u0151s\u00f6k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra megfelel\u0151ek lesznek. Ezeket a gondokat az EPC-nek az erre a szakaszra vonatkoz\u00f3 permeabilit\u00e1si (\u00e1tj\u00e1rhat\u00f3s\u00e1gi) elemz\u00e9se is azonos\u00edtotta. \u00cdgy a k\u00f6rnyezeti hat\u00e1stanulm\u00e1ny azt a k\u00f6vetkeztet\u00e9st vonta le, hogy ezen a szakaszon sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges c\u00e9lzott \u00e1tkel\u0151ket kialak\u00edtani a medv\u00e9k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra.<\/p><p>Hab\u00e1r a tervezett aut\u00f3p\u00e1lya nyomvonal\u00e1t keresztez\u0151, GPS nyak\u00f6rvekkel nyomonk\u00f6vetett medv\u00e9kr\u0151l b\u0151s\u00e9ges adatmennyis\u00e9g \u00e1ll rendelkez\u00e9s\u00fcnkre, ezek szinte mindegyike a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 szakaszr\u00f3l, keletebbr\u0151l sz\u00e1rmazik. Egy kiv\u00e9tellel: M9, egy nagytest\u0171, feln\u0151tt h\u00edm, amelyet 2016. m\u00e1jus 22. \u00e9s augusztus 13. k\u00f6z\u00f6tt k\u00f6vett\u00fcnk nyomon, t\u00f6bbsz\u00f6r keresztezte a tervezett nyomvonalat ezen a szakaszon, Ny\u00e1r\u00e1db\u00e1lintfalva \u00e9s Ny\u00e1r\u00e1dszentl\u00e1szl\u00f3 k\u00f6z\u00f6tt. R\u00e1ad\u00e1sul 2016. j\u00fanius 17-\u00e9n kora reggel egy aut\u00f3 is el\u00fct\u00f6tte a k\u00f6zelben, Ny\u00e1r\u00e1dszentbenedek \u00e9s Backamadaras k\u00f6z\u00f6tt (az \u00e1llat a balesetet k\u00f6vet\u0151en l\u00e1tsz\u00f3lag s\u00e9rtetlen\u00fcl t\u00e1vozott a helysz\u00ednr\u0151l, de az adatk\u00f6zvet\u00edt\u00e9s v\u00e9g\u00fcl augusztus 13-\u00e1n megszakadt, \u00e9s a medv\u00e9t sem siker\u00fclt megtal\u00e1lni). A javaslatokat az \u00f6sszes illet\u00e9kes rom\u00e1n hat\u00f3s\u00e1g elfogadta \u00e9s t\u00e1mogatta, illetve a nyilv\u00e1nos vit\u00e1k sor\u00e1n sem voltak kifog\u00e1solva. Mindk\u00e9t fel\u00fclj\u00e1r\u00f3nak (z\u00f6ld h\u00eddnak) 100 m sz\u00e9lesnek kell lennie (ez egy megfelel\u0151 m\u00e9ret, amit sz\u00e1mos kanadai \u00e9s horv\u00e1torsz\u00e1gi tanulm\u00e1ny is igazol), az oldalaikra hangszigetel\u0151 paneleket kell szerelni, a tetej\u00fcket \u00e9s a k\u00f6rny\u00e9k\u00fcket pedig n\u00f6v\u00e9nyzettel kell be\u00fcltetni, hogy az \u00e1llatok biztons\u00e1gosan, fedez\u00e9kben tudj\u00e1k megk\u00f6zel\u00edteni \u00e9s haszn\u00e1lni a szerkezeteket. Azt is meg kell akad\u00e1lyozni, hogy a k\u00f6zel\u00fckben \u00e1lland\u00f3 vagy ak\u00e1r csak ideiglenes \u00e9p\u00edtm\u00e9nyeket is emeljenek, ezzel vesz\u00e9lyeztetve a fel\u00fclj\u00e1r\u00f3k m\u0171k\u00f6d\u0151k\u00e9pess\u00e9g\u00e9t. A fel\u00fclj\u00e1r\u00f3k m\u0171szaki adotts\u00e1gaiknak k\u00f6sz\u00f6nhet\u0151en m\u00e1s fajok sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra is alkalmasak lesznek. Ezen t\u00falmen\u0151en, a leend\u0151 aut\u00f3p\u00e1lya ezen szakasz\u00e1t teljes hossz\u00e1ban meger\u0151s\u00edtett, medvebiztos ker\u00edt\u00e9ssel (3 m magas, az als\u00f3 r\u00e9sz f\u00f6ldbe \u00e1sott, a fels\u0151 r\u00e9sz pedig kifele hajlik) l\u00e1tj\u00e1k el. Ennek f\u0151 szerepe, hogy megakad\u00e1lyozza az \u00e1tkel\u00e9si k\u00eds\u00e9rleteket m\u00e1s helysz\u00edneken. Ugyanakkor a ker\u00edt\u00e9s az \u00e1llatokat a kijel\u00f6lt \u00e1tkel\u0151helyek ir\u00e1ny\u00e1ba is tereli. A vadfajok sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra nyilv\u00e1nval\u00f3 el\u0151ny\u00f6k\u00f6n t\u00fal ezek az int\u00e9zked\u00e9sek az aut\u00f3sok biztons\u00e1g\u00e1t is szavatolj\u00e1k a j\u00f6v\u0151beni A8-as aut\u00f3p\u00e1ly\u00e1n, az\u00e1ltal, hogy megel\u0151zik az el\u00fct\u00e9seket.<\/p><p>A Maros Megyei K\u00f6rnyezetv\u00e9delmi \u00dcgyn\u00f6ks\u00e9g erre a szakaszra 2022 okt\u00f3ber 17-\u00e9n bocs\u00e1totta ki a K\u00f6rnyezetv\u00e9delmi Enged\u00e9lyt, amely k\u00f6telez\u0151v\u00e9 tette a felsorolt int\u00e9zked\u00e9sek v\u00e9grehajt\u00e1s\u00e1t. \u00dagy v\u00e9lj\u00fck, ez a medv\u00e9s tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00fcnk eddigi egyik legfontosabb hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1sa a faj rom\u00e1niai v\u00e9delem\u00e9hez.
