Ha azt hinn\u00e9d, kedves olvas\u00f3, hogy ez az \u00e9rt\u00e9k nem sok, akkor el kell szomor\u00edtanunk. Ha ezt az adatot \u00f6sszehasonl\u00edtjuk a mindennem\u0171 k\u00f6zleked\u00e9ssel (bele\u00e9rtve az aut\u00f3kat, rep\u00fcl\u0151ket, vonatokat, tehersz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00f3kat stb. is), akkor \u00e9szrevehet\u0151, hogy m\u00edg a k\u00f6zleked\u00e9s k\u00f6r\u00fclbel\u00fcl <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ourworldindata.org\/ghg-emissions-by-sector\" target=\"_blank\">16<\/a> sz\u00e1zal\u00e9kban j\u00e1rul hozz\u00e1 az \u00fcvegh\u00e1zhat\u00e1s\u00fa g\u00e1zok kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1s\u00e1hoz, addig az \u00e9lelmiszergy\u00e1rt\u00e1s szinte a dupl\u00e1j\u00e1val. \u00c9ppen ez\u00e9rt a t\u00e1rsadalom \u00e9lelmez\u00e9si szok\u00e1sainak megv\u00e1ltoztat\u00e1sa kulcsfontoss\u00e1g\u00fa eleme lenne a kl\u00edmav\u00e9delemnek. Ehhez nincs felt\u00e9tlen sz\u00fcks\u00e9g fentr\u0151l j\u00f6v\u0151 (politikai vagy gazdas\u00e1gi) szab\u00e1lyoz\u00e1sra, hisz a v\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1si szabads\u00e1g teret ad az egy\u00e9ni d\u00f6nt\u00e9snek, ezzel egy\u00fctt pedig az egy\u00e9n felel\u0151ss\u00e9g\u00e9nek is.<\/p><p>Mindezek f\u00e9ny\u00e9ben, felmer\u00fcl az a k\u00e9rd\u00e9s, hogy a k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 \u00e9lelmiszerek el\u0151\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sakor mennyi \u00fcvegh\u00e1zhat\u00e1s\u00fa g\u00e1z keletkezik?<\/p><p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/science.sciencemag.org\/content\/360\/6392\/987\" target=\"_blank\">2018-ban 119 orsz\u00e1g 3800 farmj\u00e1nak felm\u00e9r\u00e9se sor\u00e1n a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 eredm\u00e9nyek sz\u00fclettek:<\/a> Am\u00edg 1 kilogramm marhah\u00fas el\u0151\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sakor 60 kilogramm \u00fcvegh\u00e1zhat\u00e1s\u00fa g\u00e1z ker\u00fcl a leveg\u0151be, addig ugyanannyi kukorica megtermel\u00e9sekor csak 1 kilogramm. A b\u00e1r\u00e1nyh\u00fas \u00e9s a sajt gy\u00e1rt\u00e1sa sor\u00e1n pedig kilogrammonk\u00e9nt t\u00f6bb mint 20 kilogramm \u00fcvegh\u00e1zhat\u00e1s\u00fa g\u00e1z keletkezik. Ezek olyan folyamatokat jelentenek, mint a szerves- \u00e9s m\u0171tr\u00e1gy\u00e1z\u00e1s, vagy a met\u00e1n termel\u0151d\u00e9se a szarvasmarha gyomr\u00e1ban. A f\u00f6ldhaszn\u00e1lati \u00e9s a mez\u0151gazdas\u00e1gi tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gek kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1sa egy\u00fcttesen, a legt\u00f6bb \u00e9lelmiszer l\u00e1bnyom\u00e1nak t\u00f6bb mint 80 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9k\u00e1t teszi ki.<\/p><p>A meglep\u0151 viszont, hogy a sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s kis m\u00e9rt\u00e9kben j\u00e1rul hozz\u00e1 egy term\u00e9k sz\u00e9nl\u00e1bnyom\u00e1hoz. A legt\u00f6bb \u00e9lelmiszer eset\u00e9ben ez az \u00e9rt\u00e9k kevesebb, mint 10 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9k. S\u0151t a legnagyobb \u00fcvegh\u00e1zhat\u00e1s\u00fa g\u00e1zkibocs\u00e1t\u00f3k eset\u00e9ben enn\u00e9l m\u00e9g sokkal kisebb. P\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a marhah\u00fas el\u0151\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sa sor\u00e1n a sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s a term\u00e9k el\u0151\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sakor keletkez\u0151 \u00fcvegh\u00e1zhat\u00e1s\u00fa g\u00e1z 0,5 sz\u00e1zal\u00e9k\u00e1\u00e9rt felel\u0151s. Nem csak a sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s, de az \u00e9lelmiszergy\u00e1rt\u00e1s minden m\u00e1s folyamata (feldolgoz\u00e1s, csomagol\u00e1s stb.) a sz\u00e9nl\u00e1bnyom kis r\u00e9sz\u00e9t teszi ki.<\/p><p>Ez a jelens\u00e9g igaz az Eur\u00f3pai Uni\u00f3 (EU ) lakosainak \u00e9trendj\u00e9nek sz\u00e9nl\u00e1bnyom\u00e1ra is. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S2211912418300361\" target=\"_blank\">Az EU-ban az \u00e9lelmiszer sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sa a gy\u00e1rt\u00e1si folyamat \u00f6ssz g\u00e1zkibocs\u00e1t\u00e1s\u00e1nak csup\u00e1n 6. sz\u00e1zal\u00e9k\u00e1\u00e9rt felel\u0151s<\/a> (3. \u00e1bra).<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-gallery alignwide has-nested-images columns-default (5. \u00e1bra)<\/p><p>\u00c9ppen ez\u00e9rt sokkal fontosabb az \u00e1llati eredet\u0171 \u00e9lelmiszerek fogyaszt\u00e1s\u00e1nak mennyis\u00e9gbeli cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9se, mint a helyi term\u00e9kek el\u0151nybe helyez\u00e9se v\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1skor. A helyben termesztett \u00e1llati eredet\u0171 \u00e9lelmiszerek sokkal nagyobb sz\u00e9nl\u00e1bnyommal rendelkeznek, mint a messzir\u0151l \u00e9rkez\u0151 n\u00f6v\u00e9nyi eredet\u0171ek.
