Annak ellen\u00e9re, hogy a rom\u00e1niai \u00e1ramszolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3k ismerik ezt a probl\u00e9m\u00e1t, a megold\u00e1s m\u00e9g v\u00e1rat mag\u00e1ra.
