Rom\u00e1ni\u00e1ban jelenleg nincs egyetlen olyan adatb\u00e1zis sem, amely szabad hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9st ny\u00fajtana alapadatokhoz az orsz\u00e1gban el\u0151fordul\u00f3 sz\u00e9lesebb elterjed\u00e9s\u0171 mad\u00e1rfajokr\u00f3l. A helyzet orvosl\u00e1s\u00e1ra hozta l\u00e9tre a \u201eMilvus Csoport\u201d Egyes\u00fclet az <a href=\"http:\/\/www.openbirdmaps.ro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">OpenBirdMaps<\/a> (www.openbirdmaps.ro) on-line adatb\u00e1zist.<\/p><p>Az OpenBirdMaps els\u0151dleges c\u00e9lja a vadon \u00e9l\u0151 madarak t\u00e9rbeli \u00e9s id\u0151beli elterjed\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l gy\u0171jteni \u00e9s bemutatni alapadatokat, amat\u0151r \u00e9s f\u0151\u00e1ll\u00e1s\u00fa madar\u00e1szok hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s\u00e1val. Az OpenBirdMaps elfogadja a nem teljes m\u00e9rt\u00e9kben publikus adatokat is, ha az adatok tulajdonosa hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul r\u00e9szleges k\u00f6zz\u00e9t\u00e9tel\u00fckh\u00f6z, illetve a j\u00f6v\u0151ben, a publik\u00e1l\u00e1st akad\u00e1lyoz\u00f3 t\u00e9nyez\u0151 megsz\u0171n\u00e9s\u00e9vel, a teljes publik\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1hoz. \u00dagy gondoljuk, hogy az adatok r\u00e9szleges k\u00f6zz\u00e9t\u00e9tel\u00e9vel is jelent\u0151sen n\u00f6velni tudjuk a hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9st az ilyen t\u00edpus\u00fa adatokhoz, ugyanis a potenci\u00e1lis felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 tudom\u00e1st szerez a l\u00e9tez\u00e9s\u00fckr\u0151l \u00e9s az adatok tulajdonos\u00e1r\u00f3l.
