May was full of exciting developments in the three nests monitored by our web cameras.<\/p>
In the first stork nest<\/a><\/strong> in Dumbr\u0103vioara, events unfolded one after another. It all began on 12 May, when two chicks hatched almost simultaneously, followed by another two over the following days.<\/p> In the second nest<\/a><\/strong>, located in the Stork Village, the chicks are becoming increasingly independent and are already testing their wings for the first time.<\/p> If you have been following the livestream from the Common kestrel nest<\/a><\/strong>, you were probably just as surprised as we were: within a single day, and only a few hours apart, no fewer than three chicks made their appearance.<\/p> If you missed these moments, we have prepared a short video recap for you.<\/p>
