Perseverance pays off. It\u2019s not the first time we\u2019ve used this phrase, but the increasing number of Saker falcon (Falco cherrug) pairs nesting in western Romania once again proves that conservation measures are effective in strengthening the population. \n<\/p>

M\u00e1ty\u00e1s Prommer<\/strong>, along with Milvus Group experts Zsolt Hegyeli and Attila Nagy<\/strong>, analysed the species’ population trends between 2016 and 2023 in their study titled \u201cPopulation growth and the influence of spatial factors on the occurrence and breeding success of the Saker Falcon (Falco cherrug)\u201d<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>
