www.lanius.ro<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\nIt seems that this winter we can expect a new wave of invasion of Waxwings (Bombycilla garrulus<\/em>) also in Romania.\nAs in the winter 2004-2005, Milvus Group decided to collect all the possible data of the species again, in order to evaluate this influx\u2019s magnitude and spatial distribution in Romania.\n\nWe apply for all who have any Waxwing data from the 2012-2013’s winter period, we ask them to send these data to the following e-mail address szil\u00e1rd.daroczi@milvus.ro<\/span><\/a> with the subject “bombycilla”. <\/span>\n\nWe will collect these data up to 1st<\/sup> May 2013. Please provide the following information about the observations: date, locality name (or GPS location), county, number of observed birds and the observer(s) name.
