We have the pleasure to announce the publication of a book dedicated to the Red-footed Falcon – 240 pages, photos, info graphics, and maps.
Blue Vesper
The “Blue Vesper” sums up 15 years of research and conservation work undertaken in the Carpathian Basin for the Red-footed Falcon (Falco vespertinus). The book has been published by the MME BirdLife/Hungary within a Hungarian–Slovak LIFE Project, under the umbrella of “One book, one home” programme. You will also find information about the conservation of the Red-footed Falcon in Romania (Banat, Crișana and Transylvania) written by our colleagues: Attila Nagy, Szilárd J. Daróczi and Zsolt Hegyeli. The book is available only in Hungarian (in English and Slovak to be printed out soon), and all income from book sales will be used to sustain conservation activities.
