Large number of Pygmy Owls observed in the Eastern Carpathians

World Shorebirds Day – results

Romania ranks the 9th position in terms of the number of visited sites and submitted checklist for the Global Shorebird Counting Program within the World Shorebirds Day (6th September 2014). A significant observation places were visited by the members of the ˮMilvus Group” Association.

We want to thanks for Romanian ornithologists who attend the event and for their contribution which made it possible Romania to be among the top ten countries in the world.
